    Some of you morons need to look at Mike when he was a teenager over 250 pounds. Mike has always been big. Do I think he is natural. No but genetics and hard work trump all day long. I've used tren and you won't look like that just doing steroids. They are magic they optimize. You can take a ton of drugs but if you don't eat and train right you'll look like shit. Quit hating. And I'm not a fan of Mike but credit is due where it's earned.

    Bottom line most people do not have the will and self discipline to stick to a diet let alone tweak it and try different things,imagine yourself in an ocean out farther than you can touch and a wave comes and knocks you under and the under tow holds you down and you can not get to the surface, when you start wanting something as bad as you want that breath of air then you will succeed!

    I truly respect mike simply due to the consistency he's shown over the years. Always strong, always in shape.
    Time, focus, consistency. Theres mikes secret, not drugs.
    You need to understand steroids allow you to gain an imbalance building your body, it allows you to overload your joints, exceed your current natural limit.
    Training naturally substantially limits this potential imbalance. Bones and connective tissue can grow in unison with muscle tissues.
    I've personally trained for over 10 years and i was injury free until i ran a few cycles. Stronger and more willing to test your strength, too quickly. 4 years later and i still have pains where i tore my right lat. 4 years later is what it took to obtain that same strength naturally.
