I have a question about drinking warm LEMON water first thing in the morning, is the lemon are the really important part or it is more about just having any kind of water is just as good as using the lemon?

    Oh yes, I agree that poor sleep is a major risk factor for weight gain and obesity and we must get at least 7 hours' sleep per night to lose weight.
