Happy #TipTuesday everyone! I know a lot of you probably don’t follow me on instagram (@berrionlberry in case you wanna follow) so I wanted to share this week’s Tip Tuesday Topic: How to Live Aligned, Energized, and Healthy Lives!

As a nutritionist, personal trainer, & everyday gal, these are things I practice and do daily in order to live the life I need to live.

1. Remove – get rid of the bad thoughts about health, the bad people, the bad food.
2. Refocus – think about why you want to be healthy and the benefits of being healthy rather than the nasty negative thoughts.
3. Replace – replace bad foods & thoughts, with better choices and better thoughts.
4. Repair – repair your body from the inside out. Give it more nourishing foods & do workouts that help to build a better body.
5. Realign – get those chakras & that energy system together please!!
6. Reintroduce – the concept of health & healthy to yourself and to the people around you.
7. THRIVE- live your best life and do you boo!
