Love fruit loops or pop tarts for breakfast?!
(Even Chief has been known to tear up some Fruit Loops
– –with marshmallows—from time to time:)
HOWEVER, be advised, this shouldn’t be a staple or regular “food”
to consume. Very processed sugary stuff with NO real value other than
temporary short term Energy. (EMPTY calories)
Mix things up around your house…try some of these recipes in the below link (#3)
Or “googly” / web search -around until you find some high fiber/ high protein meals.
There are literally thousands of free recipe sites / pinterest boards out there on the web
+++ if you just look!
Once you find a good meal, try it out!
Start with one meal a week and go from there.
SLOWLY peel off the processed food. One week at a time.
YOU ARE SO WORTH IT!! Once you feel HOW you FEEL after
getting off the ‘box’ stuff, you won’t want to go back!
