Water/Coconut Water
Flax Seeds
Mixed Greens (for green smoothie)

Rolled Oats
Almond Milk
Peanut Butter (tip: only peanuts in ingredients list and nothing else!)

Mixed Greens
Red Peppers
Orange Peppers
Protein of Choice (fish, tofu, chicken, beans, boiled eggs, etc.)

Salad Dressing:
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Giner (chopped)
Salt (dash for taste)
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Sesame Seeds (as you wish)

Night Green Smoothie/Juice:
(cleanser, diuretic, high in nutrients, and neutralizes acid ash in body!)
Green Apple (sweetener – can use lemon or other fruits too)

Night Meal (if you are still hungry, make a meal similar to lunch)
Boiled Mixed Vegetables / Salad
Sweet Potatoes
Protein of Choice (fish, tofu, chicken, beans, boiled eggs, etc.)

Raw Almonds / Raw Walnuts / Raw Pumpkin Seeds (your preferences)
Raw Fresh Fruits
Raw Fresh Vegetables, Hummus, Ranch / Caesar
