ANXIETY: 1 SELF-HYPNOSIS TRICK!// In this video, Im gonna share with you one simple self-hypnosis trick,and why hypnotherapy is a fast and powerful way for you to get rid of anxiety. Anxiety feelings can come and go are worse off if you cannot control your anxiety. Anxiety expresses itself in many ways, from chest pains, PTSD, to panic and anxiety attacks, to depression, high stress, breathing difficulties, and fears and phobias. In order to cure, control, or defeat your anxiety, you need to work with your subconscious mind. One of the best ways to do that is to use hypnosis or hypnotherapy. Anxiety explained: this emotion is meant to keep you safe and alive. But when too many triggers are around you, your mind believes that you are in danger and causes anxiety for you, to get out of the situation. Convincing your subconscious mind is the best way to cope with your anxiety without medication or years of therapy.
