Is sunlight really good for your health?
Did you know that every cell in your body is responsible for over 100,000 chemical reactions? That’s a lot of activities, right?
But each of this chemical reaction benefits from sunlight.
Be it about metabolism, fat burning, cell repair, rejuvenation, boosting the immune system, all of these processes are dependent on sunlight.
No wonder, sunlight exposure is essential for health and wellness.
Unfortunately, we are living in the world of artificial light. If you work in the office or stay in the shopping mall often, you are depriving yourself of essential sunlight.
