How to Avoid Heart Diseases

Nowadays, other than cancer, one of the scariest things that many people are afraid of is getting  heart  attack.  Heart  attack, is a kind of  heart   disease  that is caused by congestion of your blood vessel. We have watched many of these cases in the movie and we have imagined what we would do if we are the one who are getting the attacks. In this article, I will tell you what you should do to prevent this from happening.

Firstly, we know that  heart  attack is due to blood vessel congestion. And often, it is congested by fats or cholesterol. Therefore, the first step to a better heart health is to eat clean. Try to eat food that has little trans fat and cholesterol. By doing so, you will be able to reduce the risk of blood vessel congestion. Besides, eating high sodium food will cause high blood pressure. Therefore, you should also limit your daily sodium intake.

Secondly, we should exercise more often. It is estimated that 80% of the Americans lack exercise and this is one of the reason of obesity. Exercise helps to improve blood circulation. Our hearts now need to pump more rapidly when we are exercising. This will ensure that our heart gets enough exercise too. Moreover, it is possible that the cholesterol that is sticking on the vessel will be washed way. Thus, reducing the risk of vessel congestion.

Some examples of good exercise are:

– Swimming

– Jogging

– Hiking

and other aerobic exercises

In conclusion, if you want to have a better health and a better heart, you should start eating healthily and start exercising. Who knows maybe you will be able to lose some pounds and looks better. Here, I would like to wish you good luck and all the best for a healthier, more radiant you.
