How to do a – PARK BENCH Fitness WorkOut

This is the HOW to WORKOUT using a PARK BENCH the workout consists of a full body workout working various muscles such in the arms, abdominals quadriceps, calf muscles & groin muscles .

3x minute warmup
1x minute stretch, stretching the calf muscles, quadriceps and hamstrings, biceps and glute muscles.

3x sets of each exercise and take a 30 second – 1min break between each set

2 Leg bench squat (x10)
1x leg over bench raises (x5 each leg)
Bench Crab walks (x10)
2 level BENCH pressups (x10)
Bench step up jumps(x10 each leg)
