1. Get into a split stance with one leg in front of the other.
2. Lower your back knee until it’s just above the floor, with your front knee bent at a 90 degree angle.
3. Then explosively press both your feet through the ground to jump into the air, then cushioning the landing with soft knees.
4. Repeat all the reps on one side, then switch sides and repeat.
