1. Stand in a running stance with one leg out in front of the other and your arms by your sides.
2. Quickly shift your back foot forward while simultaneously bringing your front foot back.
3. Make sure your pump your arms as if you were sprinting.
4. When your left leg goes back your left arm goes forward. The same happens on the other side.
5. Repeat for reps.
