    MARSOC short card or long card. Depends on who you are. Long card has a long run about 3 miles. Short card is strict exercise that targets everywhere in the body eventually

    Going to be doing this exercise everyday from now on. If anyone is interested I'll post daily results on here. Just a few measurements if anyone is in the same situation, I weigh 95kg, 5 ft 10 tall, 20 years old, big round perky manboobs and I love fizzy drinks and hardly exercise 😀
