Hahahahaha, I can do the ball thing pretty well after a few days of training with just leaning forward. I tried tucking my knee in also which worked fine, but when I tried contracting the leg that remained on the ball i fell to the floor xD I LOVE your workouts! Make me feel that I'm accomplishing something with my training other than just running back and forward to the gym lifting weights and becoming stiff!

How long it takes to get the planche isn't a simple question to answer, it depends on genetics, current strength level, nutrition and training intensity. Usually, if you are starting from a decent level of strength, it will take somewhere between 6 months and 2 years to get the planche. Most people never get one, not because they can't, but because they end up giving up on it.
