    it depends… if you wanna mantain your body, just make it a little harded you make 15 repetitions…
    but if you wanna build more muscles.. get bigger, you should do less repetitions..

    Hey check this out ladies, if you put 125lbs on the bar and do 4 sets of squats past 90 degrees going to failure on every set you will not have to do any other exercises.. Trust me it works and 90 percent of people don't know that because its to hard and they refuse to take the pain involved. Pain equals success, what a concept.
