    Lost 30 pounds this past january. That's extremely fast and no i'm not starving myself, i never starve lol. Just eat RIGHT and find foods that are good and you find it tasty. I also put a hell of work in the gym, the first week i ran a mile every day, after the second week now I run two miles everyday finishing way faster. Small weights to burn the skin and yeah, i do see the loose skin and i hate it
