How to work LOWER TRAPS (1 Exercise)

This is one exercise that shows how to work lower trap muscles. Strengthening the lower traps can be a difficult task, this exercise will help you start engaging and activating the lower traps as well as adding strength.
Start with 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps and hold for 10 sec on last rep.
As you advance you can start to just “hold” the position for sets of 30-60 sec.

    I have tightness and sometimes soreness in the lower traps/lower t-spine area. Should I be strengthening it or massaging/stretching it? (recovering desk worker)

    This is the only lower trap exercise I have seen. Are there weighted version to build the muscle's size?
