This is why knowing how to workout your lower back injury at home is essential. Together with Coach Jason, we demonstrate key and effective ways on how to workout your lower back injury. A low back workout routine on how to get a strong low back can be done a home and with low key equipment. We show this in the video. Low back exercises can be do effectively with your own body weight and with simple exercise equipment, like a Swiss ball, dumbbell, and elastic bands. Lower back pain exercises should be done after acute phase of low back injury. They can include simple core exercises that prevent lower back pain. We show a simple yet great workout of the day. Always be cautious if training through injury.
