    Two to three times a day works best. Frequency of suggestion is more important than duration. We don't use the term "wake up" when ending a hypnosis session. The phrasing "emerge from hypnosis" is better. So that can be left in when you are doing sleep sessions because you can emerge from hypnosis without waking up. Thanks for the comment!

    great advice, thanks! once I make an mp3 file for my one main goal, how often should i listen to it? any given time of day that works better than another? would it help if i leave of the 'now wake up' part and loop it in my sleep wearing earbuds?
