    Jessica,, thank you so much for this video! I am sure there are a lot of people like me who feels like a failure doing the pain inducing shred videos! This routine had me challenged and sweating with out the pain. Inspiring me to do this video day after day! Thank you is not enough! ( excited I actually made tru a 30 min workout with out puddles of tears instead of sweat!!)
