    Hey Lucy!I find your workouts very efective and motivating.I like that they are short but still work wonders! I always see results atfer I stick to a challange for a couple of days,but there is a problem,which has been draining my confidence for a while.I've been struggling with cellulite,so I was wondering if you could make a workout to solve that problem,because I know many other people who would like to reduce it and being 100% confident again.

    Thank you so much for your videos! I am a new subscriber and I am so excited to start this journey with your videos! I am a mom of 3 and I have a 2 month old and I am just feeling so down on myself. I have really put my health and fitness aside cuz my kids keep me so busy but watching you has given me motivation to make myself healthy for my kids and be a good example! And I LOVE how you said it all comes down to eating healthy ( which is so hard for me) and exercise! Thank you for being so honest, you are such a beautiful soul!!

    I have been over weight my whole like I am now at my heaviest and no longer recognize myself I am 30 with 3 year old. I was just wondering what you would recommend for someone who hasn’t worked out in a while I am 257 pounds now which is embarrassing for me.
