    I have question for Billy regarding about the meat and seafood. when you cook the meat and then heat it up is isn't it dried up the meat?

    How do you store food and for how long? Like I want to just make meals on a sunday then freeze them in my freezer so I have food to heat up throughout the week. Is that possible or wont the food go bad or something?

    lol, Taco Bell Seasoning has been my go to chili powder forever! Great recommendation. I would also try all the Mrs. Dash. They have no salt but they're so flavorful it doesn't matter.

    Good video but those packet seasonings are the absolute worst. I think trying to make your own rub- much healthier for you.

    I love the seasonings ideas! Every other video I've seen will put the same spice on everything so that it all tastes the same. I love the taco bell seasoning and it's never occurred to me to use it in a healthy way. Thanks!

    I'm 13 years old and I weigh around 220 -230 pounds or more. what kind of protein should I have and how much of that protein should I have for each meal and how much carbs should I have preferably rice like in cups please give me some advice thanks :)

    Loved that you incorporated packets of seasoning which in reality does make it a lot easier and even cheaper! Much better than all sorts of different herbs and spices that you can't even find in a grocery store! Loved it and can't wait to start my prep!!
