Organix South has great neem products including neem floss & tooth powders. Also, I like to use colloidal silver spray for occasional tooth pains or issues. :)

Apparently it's the baking powder that contains aluminum, baking soda does not and the baking soda with aluminum free logos is basically just a clever marketing scheme taking advantage of clueless consumers.

Facial care companies desire as many individuals as possible to try their new products to show how good they are.
Have you ever seen the cosmetics section set-up in your neighbourhood shopping centre offering free test products?
Well I discovered a site that will send free samples to your home, its the best way to get free skin products :)

This past year has been quite trying for me in an oral sense. But to make a long story short, around a month and a half ago my gums were SUPER inflamed and bled to easy. I went to the dentist, she said I had gingivitis nearing to periodontal but luckily enough she caught it in time, and bless her heart I have a new lease on oral health. ONE THING I BEGAN DOING SINCE IS FLOSSING!!! And even though its a pain in the butt, I will never go without flossing and brushing 2x a day. My mouth thanks me!

Hi. I have a similar issue. I brushed way too hard in my childhood and early youth, so I have receding gum lines for that reason. It cannot grow back in any way. I have discussed it with several dentists. Im sorry. Just be careful with your teeth in the future is all I can recommend…

Toothpastes. Im actually pro-flouride, but would everything to avoid triclosan, that is still added to some toothpastes. Its very very unhealthy, much more so than the parabenes and other stuff you mention.

for people who laugh at electrical toothbrushes: Don't :-) As Natascha says it can get to the places that are hard to get to with a normal toothbrush. I myself use a combination of the two with great results. First I use a normal toothbrush (because its fast) and then the electrical toothbrush for the back-teeths. It works so good.

Brushing at night before bedtime is the most important time to brush.

Why? Because sleeping to many hours with plaque-buildup is very deteriorating. Then its "better" to skip the morning-brush, because then your teeths are clean, no plaque from the nights sleep.

great video, Natasha. I learned a lot. What model of Braun toothbrush do you use? and what is considered to be a good care about your tooth brush? Thanks.

Chomping down hard on your teeth is not very good for your teeth. So if you chew lightly, it'll be better.
