Avoiding added sugar is one of the best things you can do to increase the nutritional value of what you are eating. Here are a few tips to help cut out sugar!

🔺Sugar has 61 sneaky names. To cut out sugar you have to be a label detective, but you have to be a good label detective because you have to know if it’s sugar or not.

◾️We put a small list up on our white board, but you can also check out the image on the left to see more of the sneaky names of sugar.

🔺Another easy way to avoid sugar when reading food labels is to stick to foods with five ingredients or less. That will just help to make sure you aren’t eating overly processed foods.
