    Thing about exercise, you must want it…it's all about pushing yourself, when you do exercise or whatever, when you reach the point where you wanna give up because of it being strenuos or so, that is the point of truth, that is the decider, will you push yourself and keep going, or will you give in to your body and mind..always do a little bit more than what your form allows: when you do 30 push ups the day, do 5 extra etc..that's what commitment is about..

    I joined a club about a month ago and have been regularly exercising. I started with a trainer, just so I'd know what I was doing and that helped tremendously. You are so right, now I just crave going to exercise,, I like what you said in a different video (I think it was you) that its more like 'funning out', not working out.
