Hello! It is quite easy not to smoke for 3 months, and then a turning point begins that must be sustained. I experienced it myself, I quit it several times and did not smoke for 3 months, then I started to pull on smoking, and a week later I was smoking a pack of cigarettes a day

Good luck! I started drinking whem i was 15, ended at 19. 1 drink on my 21st bday, but none since. This year will be 18 yrs. It was hard. Had to do it cold turkey because I was still a minor. You've got this

girl, once you get past the first 3 days it's a lot easier–not without cravings and some triggers and struggle, but they keep getting easier to ignore. don't smoke while you're wearing those patches either.. it's a sure way to make your last meal pay you a visit. 😉 stay busy, keep your hands busy.. and I'm rootin' for ya too <3

Good luck to you! Stay strong! I quit smoking about 2 years ago, actually last month was my 2nd anniversary. I vape, but it's a huge improvement as I've cut my nicotine down steadily and am almost at 0! Much love!

My neighbor quit a few months ago using Chantix. My sister quit using the patches years ago. She wound up with rashes from the patches, so she stopped using them. By then she was so disgusted she just quit. Just keep trying. It is hard, but you can do it for the kiddies.

GJ I did it as well, been around 9 months since I quit and I still think about it everyday all the time. I don't think that feeling ever goes away and when you go through stressful times the memories of smoking and cravings become even stronger. On the plus side I no longer seem to have a constant wheeziness as if I need an inhaler and I have saved almost 5k to get 3 implants on the bottom this summer. I might work out something for the top as well this summer. Surprising how much the costs add up, it's a lot where I live though smokes are over $20 a pack.

Good luck sweet heart! You will do fine! Staying busy will help . I hope to be not too far behind ya ,I've heard it said that quitting smoking is almost as hard as quitting heroine as never having done it I wouldn't know, but I do know smoking is damned hard to quit! I've smoked for 45 years with a two year break in there. God Bless ! Call we will bail ya out!
