Welcome to our channel. Today i’m going to show u the most effective home remedy with aloe vera for diabetes and weight loss.

Aloe Vera May Improve Sugar Control. Supplementation with aloe vera may help to improve measure of glucose control over the previous 2–3 months) in people with Type 2 diabetes and reduce fasting plasma glucose levels in those with prediabetes,

Diabetes patients could have a reason to take a regular dose of aloe vera, as this succulent plant has been found to keep sugar levels in check. the gel contains most of the bioactive compounds in the plant, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants.

Regularly taking aloe vera stimulates the secretion of insulin, which is particularly useful for people suffering from diabetes.

1. Water – 2 glasses
2. Aloe vera – 2 tablespoons
3. Leman – 1
4. Honey – 1 tablespoon

Let see how to prepare this aloe vera juice.

1. 1 aloe vera leaf

2. If u pluck a fresh aloe vera leaf from a plant then keep it a side for an hour. There is a yellow liquid that comes from the leaf which is highly toxic.

3. Wash aloe vera leaf under running water to remove all the mud and dirt from it and pat dry with a clean cloth.

4. Cut both the sides with scissors and then fillet the leaf to 2 in the center . now u have 2 pieces.

5. Scrape the gel in the bowl make sure that there is no yellow or greenish rind in the gel.

6. This yellow greenish rind is highly toxic to the body and unfit for consumption. And can cause stomach cramps.

7. This white gel has to be crystal clear.

8. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel to blender and add 1 glass of water and blend it to fine juice.

9. Now add 1 full lemon juice to the aloe vera juice and add 1 tablespoon of sweetener(honey) to the juice.

10. Serve immediately as it oxidizes.

For a health boost, drink up to 8 ounces of aloe vera juice per day. You can pour it over ice, mix it in with your smoothie or favorite juice

5. Due to it being a laxative, aloe vera juice is ideal for fighting water weight. However, it is important to keep in mind that one should not over exceed the consumption of aloe vera juice. Aloe vera is said to help in boosting metabolism, which further enables the body to burn fat.
