    Wow. I was having such a rough time 15 minutes ago. Tomorrow is the first day of school and I was having an absolute panic attack and I could not stop freaking out so I decided to try this out and it helped me so much.     Blessings to you David, you have helped me immensely. I suffer from anxiety and bipolar disorder and have to take medication for my mood swings but i chose not to take benzodiazpines for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Ive been meditating allot and came across of few videos, and this was one recommended. My first time listening and i am a skeptic, but you my friend are real, and truly an angel sent from up above. Thank you for sharing your gift of calmness with us, and also spreading the gift of love and awareness that one can truly be at peace if they just listen to their heart and let go of all that is not good.     Ssllooweerrrr…much slowr its way to fast..you have a great voice but you must speak slower. The rithm and sound of slow speakng is relaxing by itslelf, ergo it is very contraintuitive to relax to someone whos rushing his speach.
