Hey everyone its Tamsyn from Fit College and I’ve got a tip around when to exercise.

For everyone this is quite different. Some people like to go in the morning, some people like to go in the evening and some people believe that different times give you different results, when the fact of the matter is it’s just fitted in when you can.

if you’re someone who finds that going to the gym in the morning just sets you up for the day, stick with that but if you’re someone who likes to go to the gym in the afternoon after work and that gets you through your day and that’s one thing you’re looking forward to, go with that. There is no magical exercise routine or time of day that’s going to give you the best. What will give you the best is the time that is when feel the most motivated to go, so go at that time. Whether it’s 6 a.m. 4 a.m. for some people, whether it’s 1 p.m. in the afternoon or 5 p.m. 6 p.m. 9 p.m. Whenever it is, just make your own time.
