Weight loss is something that I see in my clinic a lot, and it’s often hard for people to know where to start or what to change about their life. There is so much information out there that says that it should be easy, but for many many people it isn’t. Weight loss for most people is more than just diet and exercise, and isn’t always simple. I think we should be changing the conversation from goals of getting smaller to goals of getting healthier, whatever weight that looks like.
