On this Weight Loss Wednesday, I want to introduce you to the 10 minute challenge. With #healthcoaching we take a holistic view of life, health, and nutrition.
But one tip, to compound the weight loss results, is to move/exercise. Many people find it difficult just to get started. One tip to help with this is to invite yourself tondo 10 minutes of movement.
This could be 10 minutes of walking, running, hiit, or anything you like to do. 10 minutes is nothing, you could even do it on your lunch break. If possible, get outside as this will feed your body and mind as well!
I used this on myself this morning and ended up going for a nice 6k Run. You may want to try different types of movement to find one that works for you, but the key is to do something.
