Hi Jen, I’m cooking this for dinner tonight. Thank you for the ongoing inspiration and for the recipe! I’m curious if the parchment paper you use is resistant up to 475 F. The one I have is only up to 420 F, so I was worried and just put the turkey meatballs straight in a glass Pyrex. Thank you

Ah, I wrote down all the recipes then realized you have them in your video description. Bless you!
Quick question on the 310. Do we need a code to get the discount?

Jen that dinner looks incredible. I wrote it all down during the video, we are making this tonight!
Love to know more re intermittent fasting. I also wait to eat until around noon most days. In remember you mentioned working out before you eat.
So do you just have the 310 shake for ‘breakfast’ now, with lunch being your first real meal of the day?
Also, may i ask what time you don’t eat past in eve? Is it 8pm or so?
Also I may actually try this 310 company out. I have needed to lose weight since I had my last child 6 years ago. Lately, though Im not eating more I am gaining. Ugh. Usually I avoid weight loss shake companies like the plague but I trust you. Since your experience has been good, and it has actually worked for you, I want to try it!

Can you give an example of your weight loss success?

If you don’t want your noodles to stick you can add a little bit of olive oil and so they won’t stick

Hi Jen, My son gave me the same Yeti cup for Mother's Day and I unfortunately left it in the dr"s office
He replaced it with a peach colored one. I use my cup all of the time; how about you?
