In this video, I am teaching you my 10 favorite self-hypnosis relaxation techniques to help elicit a relaxation response ( the opposite of fight-or-flight response) and to program yourself for what you need.
1. Mental Body scan
2. Peripheral vision
3. Three deep breaths
4. Eye catalepsy
5. Repetition of a mantra
6. Breathing deeply and silently saying “In and Out”
7. Breathing deeply and silently counting up
8. Focusing on an object like an ocean or a burning candle or fire place.
9. A shortened version of Emotional Freedom Technique ( EFT)
10. Active meditation with Vinyasa moves, breath in and out on each pose.

I will suggest an interesting addition to Your experiences.
A book I have tried to finish for 3 decades and have not read it fully, by design of the script?
This is one book I came across decades ago and have NOT been able to fully complete.
It would be good for more people to try and succeed reading this, book.
The book is called " Beyond Hypnosis" by the author "William W. Hewitt"
I have been a practitioner of Aware, Self Hypnosis for most of my adult life. Mostly for self relaxation and sleep.
I hope You are doing well in these Covid days and pick up a copy of this book & I hope You are able to finish reading it.
