GET RID OF YOUR HEEL PAIN FAST WITH 2 MINUTE EXERCISE 4 HEEL PAIN. Heel pain has become very common in our day to day life and many people are suffering from it. So in today’s video we are going to talk about how we can get rid of heel pain completely. So today’s video is on heel pain. And if you are also suffering from heel pain then please watch the video till end. Friends the problem of heel pain is very common among men and women both. But Women’s are more affected with it. And the important reason behind is our model standing Lifestyle. Along with it if we take a small break from work then we get instant relief from pain. So we generally considered heel pain related to general fatigue. And think that the pain may be due to fatigue. But there may be few specific reasons for heel pain. And few specific reasons which increases the problem of heel pain are responsible for it are like if anyone had a fracture of heel bone then in the process of recovery there may be presence of heel pain for a long time. It is called post fracture heel pain. Among other reasons there may be any muscular injury in the heel area or in the sole of foot. It may also cause heel pain. Apart from this if any injury has happened in the heel due to direct hit by a stone or any other object. It may also cause the problem of heel pain. Apart from this one another reason which is seen very commonly these days may be enlargement of heel bone. It is called calcaneal spur formation. This is a very common reason which is seen these days very frequently. Apart from this there may be a General or metabolic reason for heel pain. It includes vitamin D deficiency in the body which may cause heel pain. And it is a very common factor seen these days. Apart from this if the metabolism of thyroid hormone is disturbed in the body or anybody is suffering from hypothyroidism, then the metabolism of calcium gets disturbed in the body. It may also cause the problem of heel pain. And among the other reasons the most common reason responsible for heel pain is wrong footwear. Most of the people use wrong footwear for their feet. And if footwear is causing the problem we generally don’t get our focus towards that. And we keep wearing wrong footwear regularly. So there are some common reasons responsible in increasing the heel pain. and now we will see what options can we use for the treatment of heel pain. The first one is that you should change your hurting footwear immediately and use flat footwear. Apart from this if the problem still persists then you can use soft silicone heel cushions inside your shoes. Or women’s can also paste it into their sleepers. These cushions provides much relief from pain when you use it regularly. Apart from this there is one important thing that wherever you work or at your workstation you should not stand for prolonged time and do not walk barefoot. For working at your workstation you should place a soft foot mat under your feet for standing. Apart from this for the relief of heel pain I am going to tell you two very effective exercises in this video. You can do these exercises anywhere, at your home or your office very easily. Just two to three minute exercises and these exercises provides faster relief in heel pain. In the first exercise what you have to do is just take a tennis ball and put it on the floor. Now put your heel on the ball and roll your foot forward and backward on this ball with slight pressure as shown in this video. You should also do this rolling in left to right motion. Do this for just one to two minute only twice daily. In the second exercise what you have to do is just take a piece of cloth or you can use your hanky also and put it on the floor. Now grab this cloth by flexing your toes and lift the cloth for one feet height. Now release this cloth by opening your toes and drop it on the floor. Now again flex your toes and grab the cloth. Lift it above the ground up to 1 feet and again open your toes and drop the cloth on the floor. Do this exercise in 15 counts twice daily. so these simple two exercises are very effective and you can do these exercises anywhere very easily in home or in office. And by doing these exercises you will see that within just 7 to 10 days you will get much relief in your heel pain. Apart from this you should also follow other precautions and additives like as I mentioned about correcting your footwear and using soft heel cushions along with these exercises. So friends by doing these simple yet effective exercises you can get rid of heel pain very fast. So I hope you incorporate these exercises into your daily routine and will get rid of heel pain very soon.
