Anyone that has struggled to build muscle most likely had skinny legs and became frustrated. In this video, I’m going to share with you 2 basic exercises that worked for me that will help you bulk up in no time.
I’ve noticed that majority of guys with skinny legs tend to ego squat just because they see others doing multiple plates but this can effect you in the future. Remember that everyone started somewhere.
To get the best results, only put the amount you can handle to perform good reps. If your reps are not good then it defeats the purpose of building legs the right way and can effect you in the long run. You want to do less weight more reps in the beginning then from the high rep sets you do in good form through full range of motion.
When Doing squats a quick tip is learning how to push from your feet and a good way to get in the rhythm would be doing deadlifts.
