    None veg nahi Khate hai. To kaise banegi without supplement. Supplement bani he Veg walo ke liye hai. Non veg walo ke liye supplement ki jarurat nahi.

    Assume 1 chapati ki nutrition value he.
    1 calories
    1g protein
    1g carb.
    1g Fat

    So 4 calories are also available in every nutrition so 3×4 = 12

    Means
    1 ek roti = 12 calories. 1g pro, 1g carb, 1g fat.

    Can we calculate like this ?
