    Easier said than done to remove negative thoughts unfortunately negative thoughts reinforce each other like a barrier especially if you start to believe those negative thoughts it's extremely hard even deny your own brain the thought process of negative thoughts I struggled with quite a few problems and I still. For me it was a moment of willpower to fight through my negative thoughts I told myself no I am a good person I am going to win and every time I heard a negative thought I would deny it and tell it no in my own thoughts of course and eventually after fighting for months and months eventually stopped your negative thoughts now the thoughts I hear positive don't get me wrong I'm pretty sure I'll still hear a negative thought when I'm down and depressed at times but as of right now and currently in my life doing a lot better it's really about no willpower to choose to be happy it's a lot harder than it sounds and it's difficult but all people are capable of passing their own negative thoughts moods and feelings it's extremely difficult anybody can do it or at least I believe anybody can do it but I believe it's going to be an easy ride for everybody heck no it's insanely difficult for me sometimes to even feel like life's worth living I have fought through that depression and those thoughts like crazy and now I can say for a fact life is worth living because I'm no longer listening to those negative thoughts positivity is one of the most powerful Tools in this world you can look at yourself and love yourself despite your own flaws he'll be able to smile and I'll be able to feel happy again I have many flaws and I've messed up many times and I'll tell you this I ended up finally loving myself despite all my flaws and now I'm doing a lot better I know this message is probably jumbled and there's a lot of typos or errors that might not make no sense but that's because I'm currently using my car to send this message I can't really text so it's kind of hard to do a grammar check but still I hope you're having a good day Charlie and your wife's doing fine my point was to tell people you got to fight it and you got to choose the positive over the negative sounds easy but it's actually really hard for people and I'm pretty sure you understand what I mean Charlie

    To eliminate these negative thoughts, one needs to become more productive being on a chase like they’re always moving towards something almost out of desperation. One can feel very depressed when they are not accomplishing or contributing in anyway.
