This is a quick upper body workout that you can do at home, ladies if you don’t workout your upper body its time to do so!!
I also wanted to share how I stay motivated to workout! I’ve been training for 2 years and I still kinda struggle to get up and workout lol.

    and as for the content you happened to make im very surprised a bit because of how awesome your channel is and i am very happy for you but however if you felt something like depression, anxiety or stress no matter what is that i will be there for you if you felt down or anything negative of how you feel

    I need to start working out again. I stopped when all of the pandemic stuff started and I just haven’t been able to get back into it. I’m defiantly going to be looking into these workouts!
