Have you been trying to grow muscles to build & shape your body, but you aren’t making progress? Maybe you are going about it all wrong! The demo above is an example of how NOT TO grow your glutes, verses how TO grow your glutes. This process applies to ALL muscle groups, but we are using the glutes as an example here! You SHOULD focus on progressive overload (adding more weight, reps, sets, time under tension, greater range of motion, etc.) overtime, with weighted exercises and rest periods in between sets. You SHOULD NOT ONLY do a bunch of plyometric, jumping exercises or a bunch of circuits & cardio if you want to build and shape your body by adding muscle. Cardio in moderation is fine, but it should not be the only thing you do if your goals are to change your body in any way.
