1) Proper nutrition-it’s a stress on the body when you’re not eating enough calories and nutrients and when your blood sugar is bouncing all over the place. By getting your nutrition in line we can help alleviate that stress.
2) Proper sleep- Lack of sleep is a major stressor. By working on going to bed a the right time and developing .good sleep routines (ie.g., putting down the cell phone) we can help people be less stressed.
3) Basic Stress Reduction-things like meditation, guided breathing, and being out in nature are all things that we encourage and work on in our program and these can help with stress.
