Start in a standing position with your core tight and glutes squeezed. Hold a plate at 3 and 9 o’clock. Raise the plate to chest level, turn to the left, bring the plate back down. Raise the plate to chest level, turn to the right, bring plate back down. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
