How to exercise silence and Love for yourself

As we wake up in the morning it is important to exercise silence.

Start your day with meditation (I usually do awaken meditation in the morning)

Concentrate on the feeling. Feeling relaxed, feeling blissful…
While I am eating my breakfast I feel the joy of the taste and watching outside my window observing the feeling of silence and peace.

During the first hour you have the ability to connect with your spirit guides.

By connecting with the spirit we are tapping into the flow of creation..

Continue your day by having routine in your life. Cleaning your space, doing exercise, cooking food etc.etc. Practice silence.
Even if you feel like sleeping, DO IT!
Do things as your body likes!

Move forward in the flow of creating.

The brain get used to this process. Give it a try for 17-20 days!
Be aware of your thoughts that arises. Are they lowering your vibration?
Ask yourself why you are thinking this way.
You can even go deeply and find it roots of creation.
Find it, heal it and forgive yourself for feeling this way. Lower vibrations make you stuck in the Matrix system.

Soon you will know how to let go of the Ego self as you are becoming more and more of the Spirit self. But only when you are vibrating higher frequency you are more connected.

I have been practicing this for 5-6 years.

My life has improved and I have the abundance in my life that comes in many forms.. Just by asking and me receiving.
It’s great to know how you can create happiness in your life!
