    that's all fine advice to lose weight at a snails pace.
    If you want to go a lot faster there are a few other things that can blaze the fat off. Eat Paleo, Organic, Low Carb, High Fat, mostly green leafy veggies, avocado, salmon and bacon, OMAD= "One Meal A Day" is the best intermittent fasting method and you can get used to it within a few short days. Drink lots of water regardless of whatever lifestyle eating regiment you do. Eliminate sugar, Eliminate most fruit since it is high in sugar, eliminate all wheat pasta and grains because in your body they turn into sugar right away. Then, the single easiest thing to do next is to be cold! I use a vest called the Cold Shoulder. It contains Ice packs that you wear for an hour to 90 minutes twice per day and re-freeze the ice packs between wearings. Yes, it sucks in the winter but it feels great in the summer. Or, if available swim or sit or just float in a pool that is about 85 degrees or cooler. The temperature will feel like bath water to you but the difference between that and the 98.6 normal body temperature will burn tons of calories just to try keeping you at 98.6! This is the secret of Olympic swimmers and why they can eat 10,000 to 12,000 calories of food every day and not get fat. It's not because of the exercise from swimming; it's because they are in a temperature difference for 8 to 10 hours per day! do some searches here on YouTube and you will find tons of evidence about all this.

    What about help for those who are not able to move? I cannot stand on my legs to walk, without paying in pain n leg aches-taking days to recover. I suddenly gained over 20 pounds all on my belly. Any ideas???
