Lets Start….Here is the recipe for making dosa with Millets(foxtail).

Advantages of eating foxtail millets are as follows:

1. It lowers the amount of LDL cholesterol.
2. Foxtail millet has a low glycemic index and it is an excellent substitute for rice or other grains that could increase blood sugar as energy is released slowly.
3. Adding foxtail millet in your daily diet also guards against oxidative damage and coronary diseases and helps in reducing body fat, weight and obesity.
