    Hey Dude. U Said in a Video that a caloric deficit while keto will make you loose Weight(fat). What is the maximum deficit You would recommend? Ignoring the "If U Go Go to Low You will feel hungry and automatically eat more cals"-theory.

    Hours of LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio is super effective when fasting. On my last 5 day fast i lost 6kg. After refeeding like crazy for a week with several days of overeating, i was actually only up 3kg, which means i lost at least 3kg bodyfat in those 5 days. Did 2-3hours of LISS every day.

    Cole Robinson is coaching overweight people and he says they are gaining muscle/strength while on extended fasts. This didn't make sense to me, and then I realised that they could be scavenging proteins via autophagy, then turning that into muscle. Any thoughts on that Siim?

    I'm so stuck with when I have to eat. I train in the morning before school: swimming, I bicycle to school and home after that I go to the gym and go home again at around 5 pm. Ik 16 years old, 180 cm and 92 kg. My main goal is to lose fat and get lean, also get the health benefits.

    Awesome content as usual Siim. Happy to know powerlifting can be as physiological optimal on keto as it feels.
    Allow me to pick your brain: as someone who has been extremely strict on a Keto/OMAD protocol for some time now, how should I approach an oncoming 1-week resort vacation?
    I'm reluctantly contemplating if I should reincorporate carbohydrates into my diet gradually beforehand or just go balls deep when I get there… Ideally I'd like to kick myself out of ketosis/fat adaptation for as little time as possible.

    Dude! Love your material, I bought a few of your books the other day. Yesterday was my first OMAD. Most days I wake up around 5am and do 20-30min cardio (concept 2 rower, jog, bike…keeping it mellow), then I go into a bunch of Tabata, bodyweight stuff, and/or some power/OLY lifting…maybe some HIIT). I'm training fasted- just water. I have a sales job 8am-4pm where the organic coffee flows. I usually have 3 small coffee mugs full until about noon then switch to tea/water. Drink about 100oz water throughout the day. I try and do some hand stand push ups, push ups, and BW reps in my office between sales calls. I'll break my fast with the cocktail you recommended and try to eat something similar to your OMAD meals (PS. I eat sardines/anchovies in my salad for the omegas, not sure if I need more omegas on top of that). My question would be around my training. I have kids so I can't do it later, which is why I do it in that 5am-6am window, but I want to get all the benefits of fasting. I'm sure you know about Herschel Walker (former NFL athlete/MMA guy), and most recently GSP (George St. Pierre- MMA fighter talk about fasting during training) and eat at the end of the day. Do I need supps/whey protein, ect in the window following my training in the AM, or can I just get it all in at the end? I try and do some BW/Tabata before dinner to get the metabolism rolling as well, but I'm wondering if I can rock out the creatine, magnesium, zinc, omegas, ect at the breaking of my fast and into the evening meal? If you were training first thing in the morning when you woke up, what would you do differently?

    Hi Siim…is heavy weights ok first thing in AM fasted? I've been doing this for awhile strength good but I don't want to lose muscle mass. I am 100% keto.

    If you ( siim land ) where to eat carbs for 2 days in a row would it take you back to the starting point of ketosis or would you remain at the ketosis level you where at 3 days previous once you stop eating carbs again

    P.s what is the weather like where you are ? It was 24 degrees centigrade today in Scotland ! It’s like wee have had a heat wave this summer
