Fasting or intermittent fasting is something I don’t do while pregnant, so I wanted to share my top pregnancy-friendly fast ketosis tips with you! That way you can have your cheat meal and your ketosis too
How often should you have a cheat meal? Should you eat cheat meals on keto? In this video I’m sharing my thoughts on cheat meals while keto, along with how to recover from a cheat meal (or cheat day/weekend/week) and get back into ketosis fast! Whether you’ve just had one slip up, or you’ve totally fallen off the band wagon (that was me for the first 15 weeks of my pregnancy!) these tips will help to get you back into fat burning mode.
Are you keto and pregnant? If you’re thinking about it, my advice is GO FOR IT. My headaches and sleep troubles disappeared once I finally got back into ketosis around week 16 of my pregnancy! It wasn’t easy, and I definitely failed in my first trimester, but I can assure you it’s worth it!
So worth it in fact that I’m working on creating a pregnancy-specific keto ebook and program to help other ladies through this journey, including all the tips and tricks I’ve learned!
