I am a qualified Nutritionist and I work with clients every week to help them lose/gain weight. I help people with sports nutrition, intolerance, meal plans, dietary condition etc. I studied for 4 years in Dublin institute of technology (DIT) I got a Bachelor of science honors degree in Nutriton. I have a diploma in Nutrition which I got in 2013 and a Higher diploma in sports nutrition which I received in 2015.

    , Ashlyn I love this series so much and you are so easy to understand so relatable please please please I beg of you to do more of these nutrition episodes I am an obese person with sciatica nerve back knee bursitis in my hip problems and I would love to hear more of this a lot more regularly a lot more often even though you're a make-up channel I would appreciate I once a week tutorial on this it would be very beneficial for me as I find it difficult to walk I walk with a walking stick nearly a walking frame and I'm not and I've just turned 45 years old and I feel 84 years old if you could help me and a lot of others out there that look up to you and have washer channel 4 years it would go a long way in our lives for you to do this for us and be especially Nikki from Australia love love love love love you just water and I always watch your channel and you've taught me so much in life without you as a person as well as makeup I speak my messages because I hate doing text cos I have long fingernails so that's why I don't comment but I do watch your videos and subscribe and thumbs up just about every single video I can I appreciate you Ashlyn

    I'm from limerick and trying to get the baby weight off (she is now 2 and a half…i feel shame that i haven't been able to do it until now)…the breakdown of nutrition you have explained really helped me…i always skip meals (shamefull i know) but now i won't because i now know the importance of having regular meals….love your channel and you.. thank you for boosting my motivation xxx

    Really enjoyed this Ashley! Please do a full video on eating for Weightloss – I have been on a shred for 5/6 weeks where I have been intermittent fasting, exercising 4 days a week (then the other 3 days always being active like hitting 10k steps) and on a average calorie intake of around 1000-1500 calories a day. Continually meal prepping and eating healthy balance of veg & protein and minimising the fats & carbs. I am defiantly seeing the change in my body but the scales aren’t moving! Any tips appreciated x

    Here for this!!!!!!!! I’m 5ft 10, 41 and have had 3 children (9,10&2). Trying to lose body fat is proving difficult and slow. I would ideally like to be a dress size smaller and 10kg lighter. My body fat is at 37% so I have a long way to go. I’m trying to stick to 1400 calories a day with 100g of protein. But I really struggle with the protein part.

    I have veg frittatas, chicken sausages & eggs or protein granola with skry for breakfast. Chicken with veg and rice for lunch (usually). Beef or chicken with veg and beans for dinner. Tuesdays and Thursdays I try to not eat meat. If I find myself hungry between meals any snack sends me over my calories. Although I have started looking at calories as a weekly average rather than daily, but I still feel guilty.

    I would really like your advice on how to get more protein into my diet whilst sticking to the calories.

    I so excited for this Nutrition series! If you could pull apart the pros and cons (and myths) around some common 'diet trends', that would be really interesting and helpful. Eg so many people are going gluten free but friends of mine with Celiac's and Crohns Disease were told by their doctor that people who do NOT have gluten intolerance should avoid gluten-free food. Apparently there are chemicals/processing in gluten-free food that is also really bad for your health. Fact or Myth?

    Can you do a video on bloating / what food causes bloating / why your body bloats? I personally bloat all the time and the doc said it was because of something I'm eating but its a constant thing! Sometimes water can bloat me and its very discouraging
