    Hey, would you mind to create a quick video about your view on rice vs corn (i usually stick to corn because of the volume, sweetness and overall chew-ability), and about your take on almost zero calories shirataki noodles/rice/pasta/etc. Thanhs a lot.

    This is definitely a huge struggle of mine. And I think you're absolutely right in saying that we need purpose in our lives. Without it, I feel that we become engrossed in any form of fulfillment that we can find. Some people, like myself, become fixated on food. In a way, its a lot like an addiction, I think. I'm trying to find my purpose currently, and my path to accessing "flow state." It's certainly an emotional and challenging journey.

    Its when you are in state of euphoria in the vortex ,that food thinking just kind of disappears,i get the exact same thing when im creating in my creative state ,its so blissful & healing, ty for this reminder!!

    We have a tv show in US called My 600-lb Life and it is fascinating to watch the stories of people who are so obese trying to get their eating habits under control for weight-loss surgery. The one thing they have in common is uncontrollable cravings and they admit that as soon as they eat they are ready for the next meal even though they know it is killing them. The other thing I notice is that they all suffer from food addiction brought on by junk food and fast food. With WFPB I find none of these foods are addictive so it makes it much easier to eat to satiety and then stop.

    Have to disagree with you on this one. At least for many people, food is on their mind constantly because of years of dieting. Caloric restriction, especially for long periods, pretty much guarantees food obsession, even after the restriction has stopped. Read Ansel Keyes' Minnesota Starvation Experiment, where that phenomenon is discussed in detail. There's no amount of distraction that remedies this – I remember taking my SAT (a test we have in America to get into University, so one of the most important tests of your life) and I couldn't stop thinking about what I would eat for dinner. The only way to resolve this is to eat to satiety of whole foods long enough that your body is no longer under constant guard against the next famine
