Supplements I use every morning (CBD, probiotic, and gut health)

Battling Crohn’s Disease and struggling with digestive distress for the past 12 years, I’ve tried a variety of supplements over the years. What has currently been helping me feel good and stay at my best health possible are three supplements I talk about in this video: CBD Raw Hemp Oil by Endoca and three supplements by Intestinal Fortitude (Gut Lining Repair, Anti-inflammatory, and probiotic).

One main reason why I love the Intestinal Fortitude products is that they were developed BY a Crohn’s patient FOR Crohn’s patients. Someone with gut health and healing on the top of his mind!

The probiotic, PRO-B11, is a great probiotic developed specifically for people with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. The Gut Lining Repair, GLR-6, has many beneficial ingredients for the intestinal lining and gut, including L-Glutamine, Slippery Elm, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, and Fenugreek. The anti-inflammatory, AI-5, uses nature’s best compounds to fight inflammation, including turmeric, Boswellia serrata, berberine, ginger, and green tea.
