    Hello Carlo , I'm 15 and want to lose weight so I'm gonna do 100 sit-ups everyday combined with my normal workout for the whole month of August and tomorrow I'm gonna do a 2 day water fast , all I wanna know that is it ok if I break my 2 day water fast with veggies
