This is a video of me showing you guys the best tips and advise that I wish I knew before I started working out. The following tips are essential if you want to build muscle successfully and see results fast while also staying committed and working over a long period of time.

All of the tips are important.
Tip 1 get started , getting started is very important if we our being honest how many times have you heard yeah I will get started or yeah I will go to the gym as soon as I read this or get that. its not good enough so number 1 is start.

2. Be consistent — it is better to be committed than motivated, this is because commitment will always over right and out do motivation. Motivation comes and goes but commitment stays for ever.

3. do not compare yourself with others, in all honesty you do not know who is who and what they have that you don’t . This means that each individual is different from genetics, hormone levels, supplements and diets. Comparing yourself to others also leads to lack of commitment and results to quitting.

4. Know what is happening with your physique — understand what is going on with your body, without knowing what is going on with your body it will be extremely hard to track progress and see what gains or changes have taken place. This includes weighing your body, finding out body fat, height, body type etc.

5. Work your entire body — work out the whole body in the long run this will benefit you as an individual as you will look well rounded every where. no chicken legs!

6. calculating basal metabolic rate is definitely something you should look into as an individual. watching your diet is essential you cannot put in whatever you want as in the long run it will damage your gains and health.

7. Workout by yourself — fitness is a personal journey. ab mp believes that it will be best and a long run benefit if you individually establish and mindset that allows you to work out by yourself.

8. Get rest to recover — work + rest + nutrition = bigger & stronger

9. Change up your workouts so your body doesn’t get adapted to the workouts remember the body is smart it will get used to the workouts.

10. set your self aims and objectives without these you do not know what you are working towards. shoot for the moon because even if you miss you land among the stars.
